Leadership Studies: Is it better to focus on goals or growth?

I think goals are overrated. It's better to be committed to a process with no end date or endpoint. The real engagement is with the growth toward mastery and the perfecting of craft. Reaching a goal is usually only interesting for a few seconds. — Scott Barry Kaufman ⛵ (@sbkaufman) January 21, 2021

Leadership Studies: Are You humble enough to lead well?

Humility is attractive when it comes to leadership. You don’t see yourself as being superior or inferior to others. They find it easy to relate to you. You manage power well. You use power to serve. Even God has a problem relating to proud people. #leadwell — Sam Adeyemi (@sam_adeyemi) January 12, 2021
